popSTR bug fix

VWA locus frequencies have been reported not being displayed at the output
since last popSTR update. Also, a typo at locus D18S51 in the HDplex section,
which was typed as D8S51 was detected. This both issues have now been solved.

Up to 52 STRs are now recorded in popSTR. All the 940 unrelated HGDP-CEPH
samples have been typed for all those 52 STRs, and the rest of the populations
present in popSTR keep their original genotypes. STRs kits have been reordered
to facilitate their selection.
